Solidified Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Cook time: 1 hour solidify time minutes
Yield: 10 servings
Serving size: 12-13 solidified blueberry nibbles
1 half quart holder blueberries (around 125 blueberries)
1 glass vanilla, nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon stevia (or your most loved sugar substitute)
Line a heating sheet with material paper or a nonstick Silpat® tangle, and put aside.
In a medium blending dish, mix together the yogurt and sweetener.
Working in 2 groups, tenderly crease in the blueberries to coat in the yogurt. Scoop them up with a fork and tap the abundance yogurt off.
Put the blueberries on the preparing sheet, being mindful so as not to have them touch.
Solidify the preparing sheet until the blueberries are totally solidified, around 60 minutes.
Store remains in a hermetically sealed compartment in the cooler.
